Beacon Industrial Park is an 85-acre park with approx. 1.4 million of industrial space designed with freight forwarders in mind. The property has wide roads and buildings are rear loading. The project was developed by the Codina Group and sold upon completion to AMB. ProLogis currently owns 780,000 SF. The building depth allows for tenant bay sizes of 6,400. The perimeter of the park was developed and sold to small business owners in the size of 12,000 SF to 22,000 SF. Major tenants included Emery Worldwide and UNISA. Build-ings are 24’ clear, rear loading and in the 100,000 SF size range.
