A joint venture between Codina Partners and CC Devco Homes, Monterra is a vibrant, 1,500 unit residential project conveniently located just off the Florida interstate corridor (I-75) in Southwest Broward County.

Gables Grand Plaza

This upscale, Coral Gables residential development features 195 luxury apartments, 35,000 square feet of retail and a 450 car parking garage, built at the site of the former Coral Gables Bus Terminal.

Museum Tower

The first high rise building developed in downtown Miami with a planned metro rail station as a critical component of the design. Project is a great example of a public/private partnership.

355 Alhambra

This class “A” office space is the pre-eminent office building in downtown Coral Gables. This 16 story building includes 7 floors of parking and over 225,000 square feet of office and retail space.

Baptist Hospital

A 10-story office complex located on the Baptist Hospital Campus in Kendall. Contains 128,740 square feet of space for staff physicians, including a physical rehabilitation center.

Beacon Centre

Launched in 1989, this 205 acre, mixed use business park is located just west of Miami International Airport and contains more than 2,208,865 square feet of industrial/distribution leasable area.

A 45 acre,  high security development for tenants ranging from 8,000 to 200,000 square feet.

Beacon Pointe @ Weston

400,000 square feet of Class A office space in 4 buildings located in Weston Park of Commerce, Weston, FL.

Federal Express

191,300 square foot build to suit for the distribution and sorting needs of the large overnight carrier. Project is located in Hollywood, FL.

Sawgrass Commerce Center

160,000 square feet of single story office. Located within Sawgrass International Corporate Park, Sunrise, FL.

Westside Plaza I

Westside Plaza I:  Codina Development delivered this 153,000 square feet office facility for its anchor tenant Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, Inc. in less than ten (10) months.

Westside Plaza II

This is the second 100,000 square foot office building we developed in an executive office park, anchored by Carnival Cruise Lines, Ryder Systems and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida.

A 168,000 square foot build-to-suit four-story office facility in Boca Raton.

A 300,000 square foot build-to-suit industrial building located in Beacon Station.

Port Everglades Commerce Center

To include 1,750,000 square feet of bulk warehouse and distribution facilities.  Codina Development was retained by Michael Swerdlow Companies, Inc. to oversee the development of this 97 acre, premier industrial complex.

American Classic Voyages

A 242,801 square foot six-story office building located within Sawgrass Commerce Center, Sunrise, FL. 130,000 square feet of the building will be occupied by American Classic Voyages.
