Codina Partners, a real estate development, management and investment firm, announced today the addition of Andy Burnham as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the company. Burnham is also president and CEO of CC (Codina-Carr) Residential, the multifamily development affiliate of Codina Partners.

“Andy has been working on Codina related developments for some time now with a history of success and notable leadership,” said Ana-Marie Codina Barlick, CEO of Codina Partners. “Codina Partners is evolving as an organization and we knew that he would be the right person to help us lead it as we continue on our corporate journey.”

In his new role, Burnham will oversee all development and construction activities, as well as asset and property management for all properties owned by Codina Partners, including the 250-acre, mixed use Downtown Doral in the airport west market.

Prior to joining Codina Partners, he was the Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Codina-Carr (CC) Residential, where he oversaw business plans, investor relations, development execution and supervision of all the company’s activities. Before joining CC Residential, Burnham worked on numerous private real estate investments and developments in Southeast Florida, and until 2001 held various asset management and development positions with JPI.

Burnham will continue his role with CC Residential where he oversees business plans, investor relations, development execution and supervision of all the company’s activities. Before joining CC Residential, he worked on numerous private real estate investments and developments in Southeast Florida and until 2001 held various asset management and development positions with JPI.  Under his leadership the company has developed over 3,000 units in the past 8 years.

Burnham holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Arkansas Tech University and a master’s in business administration from the University of Arkansas. As an active leader in the real estate industry, he is involved in numerous associations and boards. He is a licensed real estate broker and a Certified Public Accountant.
