Codina Partners elevates Eric Blanco to Senior VP of Accounting and welcomes Suzette Fandino as Senior VP of Finance

Codina Partners, a real estate development, investment, and property management firm, today announced key expansions to its accounting and finance team. Blanco has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Accounting, and Suzette Fandino has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Finance.

Blanco, who previously served as Vice President of Accounting and Finance at Codina Partners, oversees all accounting operations for the firm. Before joining Codina Partners, he was a Principal at The Carlyle Group, a global investment firm managing $376 billion in assets.

In her new role as Senior Vice President of Finance, Fandino will lead Codina Partners’ financial underwriting, property valuation, and market analysis for acquisitions and development opportunities. She will also manage the company’s banking relationships, ensuring seamless access to financing for its various initiatives. With over 30 years of experience in the finance sector, Fandino’s prior roles include serving as Asset Manager, Director at Fanza Corporation, as well as positions with Union Bank of Florida, Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation, and Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated.

Fandino received her bachelor’s in economics and political science from Amherst College, and her Master of Business Administration from The Amos Tuck School- Dartmouth College. Blanco received his bachelor’s in accounting from Florida International University and his master’s in accounting from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business.
