SUZETTE FANDINO

Suzette Fandino is the Senior Vice President of Finance at Codina Partners, a premier real estate development and investment firm, where she is integral to securing financing for the firm’s diverse portfolio of properties. With a wealth of experience in both finance and real estate, Suzette excels in the strategic management of financial resources, capital raising, and asset management. Her expertise spans a broad range of sectors, from real estate investment banking to business administration, enabling her to drive the financial success of Codina Partners’ projects and ensure robust financial growth.

Before joining Codina Partners, Suzette managed business operations for St. Stephen’s Episcopal Day School in Coconut Grove, Florida. In this capacity, she oversaw a wide array of business functions, including tuition billing, accounts payable, payroll, and contracting. She was responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements and annual audits, the development of the school’s budget, and maintaining rigorous financial policies to safeguard assets and ensure accurate reporting. Suzette also played a key role in the school’s strategic development, interfacing with the Board of Trustees to provide financial analysis, recommendations, and projections to support their fiduciary responsibilities.

In her earlier career, Suzette held leadership roles at Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation and Morgan Stanley & Co., where she gained significant experience in real estate investment banking. At Credit Suisse, she served as Vice President in both the Real Estate Investment Banking and Principal Transactions groups, managing transaction execution, equity investments, and negotiating complex agreements across the U.S. and Latin America. During her time at Morgan Stanley, she completed over $4.5 billion in transactions and played a key role in mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs for the firm’s real estate division.

Suzette holds a Masters in Business Administration from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Amherst College in Massachusetts. Her strong academic background, combined with her extensive professional experience, enables her to bring a unique and strategic perspective to Codina Partners’ finance operations, driving successful outcomes for the firm’s stakeholders.
